Our services
At your first appointment, the physiotherapist will yarn with you about your injury and how we can support your recovery. They will assess your movement and strength to develop a treatment plan just for you.
A session might include:
- assistance with mobility aids
- bladder training and pelvic floor exercises
- breathing exercises
- creating an exercise program
- muscle and joint movement
- referral into other services with the clinic such as exercise physiology for Work it Out or hydrotherapy

If you have had your 715 Health Check, you can request a referral from your doctor to see a physiotherapist.
